are the policies you agree to abide by when you have an account here.
These are designed with the intent to make the internet an useful and
productive place for everyone. The rules are mainly common sense, but they
should not be taken as all inclusive. This is a list of things not to do,
but just because something is not on the list doesn't mean it's OK. If you
ever have any doubt as to whether something you want to do would be a
violation of our stated policy, or cause problems for anyone, please

Actions
taken by your account will be covered by this policy. If you ever believe
your account may have been compromised or may be soon, immediately change
your password and let us know so we can investigate what other actions the
intruder may have taken or attempted. |

Violation
of these policies will result in immediate account suspension and/or
termination. There are no refunds for any account terminated for violating
these policies.
Use of Unauthorized Commercial files are strictly prohibited
This includes copyrighted works (such as mp3 music files, etc.), and any
material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
Adult materials are strictly prohibited
This Includes all pornography, profanity, erotic images, or otherwise lewd
or obscene content. The designation of 'adult material' is left entirely
to the discretion of ExtendedHosting.
Warez or other illicit sites or content are strictly prohibited
This Includes hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc.
Spam Emailing is strictly prohibited from our accounts
This includes sending unsolicited junk mail through our mail servers,
and/or referencing any content hosted on our servers in a spam email
messages or spam newsgroup postings.
Unauthorized attempts by a user to gain access to our servers resources
This includes, but is not limited to, password "cracking" or guessing
through any service or facility. Specifically forbidden is any attempt to
gain an elevated privilege level not provided as part of service,
regardless of the method or reason.
Account termination means
All access is denied, and all files are removed. Recovery is impossible,
and without extraordinary reasons a terminated account never be
reinstated. All fees paid for unused time periods are subject to
forfeiture.
Minimum Contract period
By purchasing any of our hosting packages you will be charged for 12
months (1 year) and you will not be billed before that for any reason,
except if you decide to update your package.
